Bumblebee becomes suspicious of everyone, except the fifth robot. Also during the training Bumblebee finds a lost transmitter which has a recording of Megatron giving some information to a "traitor". The group of new recruits begin their trading during which Cliffjumper has a brief cameo. At the same time, the Autobots battle members of Megatrons old crew, including Starscream, Blackarachnia, Lugnut, and Blitzwing, while befriending some of the local humans, including Sari, her father, Professor Isaac Sumdac (who is tricked into helping Megatron) and machine-hating police officer Captain Fanzone. Bio: Charcoal is a clumsy Autobot recruit in the Boot Camp. Longarm shows that he canextend his limbs, Ironhide showed he could turn his body to metallic silver and Bumblebee showed off his stingers. During his later training days at the Autobot Academy, Optimus impressed Ultra Magnus with his performance in a computer simulated battle against Megatron. Zeta, Sentinel and Elita-1 were also in this training platoon. Now, I admit seeing Cliffjumper in Animated was great because it gives Hasbro a reason to repaint a figure they already have (and is already scheduled for 2-3 different releases), and fans WILL want it. Optimus did his Autobot boot camp training under Kup Minor, who gave him the name 'Optimus' because of his cheery, optimistic outlook. Wait, so Autoboot camp was fan friendly because they made Waspinator into wasp, an autobot, Shockwave into Longarm, and autobot/decepticon spy in dreadful shockwave/shockblast colors, and Ironhide into collossus even though it makes negative sense?
